Online Discrimination, Harassment or Violence Incident Reporting


This portal allows you to submit a complaint of discrimination or harassment, including sexual harassment or violence. This report can be made anonymously or you can provide your name and contact information to us.

*All fields are required except where noted as optional.

*By selecting STUDENT or OTHER, your report will be sent to the Lincoln Educational Services Director of Compliance and Student Relations who will identify the appropriate person responsible for handling your complaint, as outlined in the Title IX Policy.

*By selecting EMPLOYEE, you will be directed to an employee page which explains how to access the Integrity Assurance Program (IAP) complaint reporting system.

*By selecting STUDENT or OTHER, your report will be sent to the Lincoln Educational Services Director of Compliance and Student Relations who will identify the appropriate person responsible for handling your complaint, as outlined in the Title IX Policy.

To submit your report of sexual harassment or violence, please log into www.compliance-helpline.com with the username/password provided below and submit your report.

Navex receives the report and submits it to the Corporate Legal and Human Resources departments. The report is then investigated.
